  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. As Per Taste Salt
  6. 2 tbsp oil

  8. 2-3 dried red chillies
  9. 1 pinch asafoetida
  10. 1 tsp mustard seeds

  1. Bring all the ingredients together.
  2. Start by breaking open the coconut. Remove from the hard shell.
  3. Chop the coconut roughly and add to a blender.
  4. Add ginger, coriander, green chili, salt, and a little water. Blend till smooth.
  5. Transfer to a bowl. Now heat oil in a pan and combine mustard seeds, dried red chili, asafoetida, and curry leaves. Cook till mustard seeds splatter and then add the tempering to the coconut mixture.
