  2. In a pan add all the ingredients and cooked till the apricots are soften and you get a thick consistency. Let it cool and refrigerate.
  3. In a Kadhai mix everything except Vanilla Essence and put on medium flame. Keep stirring slowly till just about to boil. Switch off the flame and add vanilla essence.
  4. Pour in the bowl and cover and let it cool. Now refrigerate 4-5 hours or until it completely set. Finally add prepared apricot jam as a topping on the pudding bowls that were refrigerate, garnish with the cherries and mint leaves. Serve chilled and enjoy 😊
